Student Club Activity Information System Reboot on December 15! Please Complete 114-1 Club Officer and Member Registration ASAP
The registration period for student club basic information for the 114 academic year, second semester (114-2), will begin on Monday, December 15. On that date, the Student Club Activity Information System will undergo a full reboot, and all previous data will be cleared to prepare for new semester inputs.
Once the system is rebooted, all information from the current semester (114-1) will no longer be available or editable. To avoid any impact on your club’s administrative processes, we ask all clubs to log in to the system before December 15 and confirm that the “Member Information Maintenance” section is fully completed. This includes ensuring that all officer and member information for the 114-1 semester has been accurately registered.
Please note that incomplete officer information may affect eligibility for official activity certificates for the 114-1 semester.
We encourage all clubs to complete these updates as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition to the new semester.
